Goals:

Providing care for persons with special needs through a diagnostic, therapeutic, training and rehabilitation centre, providing healthcare for the poor, elderly and the orphans and helping them, providing assistance to students in need and supporting productive and rehabilitation projects for persons with special needs and the local community in general.
