Goals:

Establishing a centre for educating, training, fostering and rehabilitating the disabled, holding guidance courses and programmes for families of persons with disabilities and members of the community, conducting necessary studies and research in the field of disability, extending public services (physical, material and health) for different categories of disabilities as needed and providing them with loans to establish productive projects.
