Goals:

Realizing sustainable development inside the Kingdom, creating a local network of a creative educated community, creating an international network to exchange expertise and equipping the local communities with skills, knowledge and culture, motivating the local communities to come up with effective initiatives for using strategic planning in drawing up development and cultural plans, and following the suit of martyr Wasfi Al Tal in enhancing the role of mind.
