Enhancing social and economic conditions of local communities, and assisting them to better understand local issues, determining priorities and obstacles related to work and find appropriate solutions, establishing a rural centre provide training, consultations technical services and management skills that enable local communities to manage natural resources and improve environment segments and exchanging local and international expertise, writing proposals and empowering local communities.
