Goals:

Improving the status of the profession, defending and regulating it, cooperating with the Ministry of Health and other concerned institutions in order to raise members’ capabilities and provide the best services for patients, uniting nurses and midwives, and maintaining their rights and dignity. Keeping the ethics of the profession and securing decent life for members and their families either while they are still on duty, or in cases of physical disability and old age.
