Goals:

Coordinating the efforts of member societies and guiding them on how to realise their objectives, coordinating the efforts of member societies and enhancing their services, encouraging the creation of new societies to provide other types of social services in need in the governorate and that complement the efforts by the existing societies, encouraging conducting research and studies in the field of social voluntary work, and drawing up policies for joint services of member societies.
