Voluntary Societies Union of Irbid Governorate

Goals:

Taking care of the interests of organisations affiliated to the union and providing them with guidance to realise their objectives, coordinating the efforts of societies affiliated to the union and enhancing their services, encouraging the creation of new societies in areas related to the union to provide other social services that the governorate needs, drawing up the general policies of services of affiliated societies, functioning as the linkage between charitable societies and the government entities, and providing financial and in-kind assistance for the needy and those harmed by natural disasters and crises.
